When ordering monogram take into account ordering of letters.
Traditional monogram pattern is:
First Initial- First letter of first name
Second Initial- First letter of last name
Third Initial- First letter of middle name
Mistakes on color or ordering of letter sequence is not responsibility of creator. We make orders specific to what is ordered. If delivered incorrect but matches order style we do not provide refunds.
Allow 5-9 Buisness days for fufillment of order.

Online purchase returns are allowed as long as item(s) returns to original seller with no damage or evidence of use within 30 days of shipment date. If the return is not viable the item(s) will be sent directly back to buyer without refund.
There are NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ITEM(s) unless damaged or differs from buyer-seller conversation.
